Joan Scheinberg is the founder and principal designer of JLS Design Associates, a Long Island interior design firm specializing in residential interior design.
Joan founded JLS Design Associates in 1992 with a design philosophy that every space should be balanced, comfortable and beautiful.
Always reflecting her clients specific tastes, desires and needs to create a uniquely individual home, her priority is an emphasis on the finest quality and superior service.
Her work is known for subtle interplay of color and texture, using sophisticated
and layered combinations of contemporary and traditional elements.

In addition to her interior design firm, Joan runs and curates a trade showroom carrying furniture lines, made to order items as well as home accessories.
Joan Scheinberg graduated with a B.F.A. in Art History/Fine Art and a Masters in Art History. She also attended N.Y. School of Interior Design.
